The Fig. 67A Upper Third Molar Forceps is a specialized extraction forceps designed exclusively for the extraction of Upper Third Molars (Upper Wisdom Teeth – Upper 8’s).
This is the upper counterpart to Fig. 79 (Lower Third Molars). Fig. 67A features a unique bayonet offset with extra angulation – the beaks are angled to reach the most posterior position of the maxilla where upper wisdom teeth erupt. The elongated shanks provide deep posterior access while keeping handles clear.
The beaks are modified with wide, slightly pointed design to grip wisdom crown and roots securely, even when partially erupted. This is not for regular molars – it is only for Third Molars / Wisdom.
Available in English Pattern broad flat handles for maximum leverage in difficult upper wisdom extractions.
Forged from premium German Stainless Steel for lifetime strength.
